Я сталкиваюсь с подобной проблемой все время. Я запускаю несколько коробок KODI (которые я создал), которые все загружаются с выделенного сервера через PXE. Поэтому, часто, когда я иду обновить свои PXE-блоки через chroot (или иным образом), я сталкиваюсь с проблемами обновления ядра. Итак, недавно я решил создать скрипт, который создаст дерьмо, которое ищет depmod / apt-get, чтобы вы могли правильно удалить эти ядра.

Чтобы запустить скрипт, просто скопируйте и вставьте код в файл. В терминале сделайте его исполняемым, набрав:

$> chmod +x fixKernels.sh

Имя сценария - "fixKernels.sh".

Оттуда запустите скрипт, набрав:

$> sudo ./fixKernels.sh

А потом просто следуйте инструкциям.
